The BlueCare Live Well Centre in Morayfield offers a wide range of professional healthcare services, expert practitioners and state-of-the-art facilities all under the one roof. Our services are designed to support you to take ownership of your own wellness and recovery, so you can be the best you can be.
We’ll work together with you, your GP and other health professionals to provide a co-ordinated path to recovery, making it easier and simpler for you to achieve improved outcomes. You can also choose to visit us directly without a referral.
The BlueCare Live Well Centre can assist with:
- Chronic disease management, allowing you to participate in life as fully as possible.
- WorkCover circumstances, helping you return to work after an injury.
- Private allied health, which can be accessed directly, without a referral.

The BlueCare Live Well Centre gym is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that can assist with your rehabilitation and ongoing wellness program. Our Exercise Physiologists and / or other Allied Health Professionals can help you achieve the best possible results by individually tailoring fitness-related plans designed for the management of your particular condition.
Ongoing gym rehabilitation programs and self-management strategies are also available, so that you can continue to maintain and improve your fitness long-term. Our gym facilities include:
- Cardio machines – treadmills and bikes
- Pilates reformers
- 50m walking track
- Floor exercise area
- Rehabilitation equipment (e.g. parallel bars).
The gym also offers individual and group classes.
Rehabilitation
The BlueCare Live Well Centre is designed to support your healing and recovery, so you can continue to be the best you can be. Our Allied Health professionals understand the importance of rehabilitation after surgery or injury and can work with you to identify the strategies that will work best for you. Our goal is always to help you return to wellness, work and a more functional life as soon as possible, with individual and group rehabilitation available to get you living well sooner.

Our Morayfield location
The state-of-the-art BlueCare Live Well Centre incorporates professional allied health services and a Rehab Gym, all located in the Health Hub Morayfield. Our expert practitioners provide integrated care for all ages, working in partnership with you, your GP and other health providers, as well as other Health Hub services, including a GP clinic, Clinical Trials Centre, pathology, mental health services and hearing services. Our integrated and holistic care aims to help you be the best you can be.
