Step 1
All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager based on the requirements of the role as outlined in the position description. This will usually happen within the fortnight after the closing date and only short-listed applicants may be contacted.
Step 2
Short-listed applicants are then interviewed by a panel including the hiring manager and at least one other person. This behavioural interview is designed to find out more information about each applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the role.
Step 3
If you’re the preferred applicant we’ll contact your referees, including your most recent supervisor or manager. We also have a range of probity checks all our staff need to complete relevant for the role, including a Federal Police Check for all staff.
