Our wide range of Blue Care careers provides an excellent environment for career growth, no matter your area of expertise. Roles range from support services such as corporate communication, HR and Finance, through to care roles such as allied health professionals, nurses and personal carers.
With so many of our team on the road every day, Blue Care has created the My Blue Care staff application for smart phones. Our team can download it from app stores and stay connected.
All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager based on the requirements of the role as outlined in the position description. This will usually happen within the fortnight after the closing date and only short-listed applicants may be contacted.
Short-listed applicants are then interviewed by a panel including the hiring manager and at least one other person. This behavioural interview is designed to find out more information about each applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the role.
If you’re the preferred applicant we’ll contact your referees, including your most recent supervisor or manager. We also have a range of probity checks all our staff need to complete relevant for the role, including a Federal Police Check for all staff.
At Blue Care, our strength lies in our people, and we offer many great opportunities and benefits to support you in in the inspiring work you do each day.
