In addition to earning a wage while you learn, completing a Personal Carer Traineeship with BlueCare has other benefits:

• You will be introduced to a BlueCare training partner who will assess your eligibility for User Choice Funding. If eligible, we will pay the Student Contribution Fee on your behalf. As a trainee, you will also be eligible to claim government-funded training support payments valued at up to $1,250 every 6 months for the duration of your training. 
• Get paid above traineeship award rates.
• Receive coaching and mentoring from qualified and experienced Personal Carers.
• Gain practical skills through hands-on training in the workplace or in a classroom.
• Obtain a nationally-recognised qualification and be paid a higher rate on completion.
