People experience grief in many ways. The grief and loss journeys relating to bereavement and dementia can bring intense feelings of sadness, confusion, anger, guilt and fear, as well as memories of happier times. Blue Care’s Grief and Loss programs provide extra support and a safe environment in which to share these journeys of grief and loss.
Our courses take the form of group meetings conducted with trained facilitators, who provide emotional, social and practical support for group members. We find participants benefit from sharing their experiences in the safety of a small group. Find out about our courses below.
