BlueCare App features

The BlueCare App is an easy-to-use app, which we are rolling out to BlueCare customers across Queensland. It allows you to:

See your upcoming visits, including the name of your home care worker.

Reschedule or cancel visits to suit your needs.

Tailor your preferences and communicate with your carers.

Receive notifications from BlueCare about your upcoming visits.

View past appointments and their status.

And this is just the beginning! We will be adding more features to the app – from telehealth options to invoices and statements.
