BlueCare is advising customers that the first Support at Home statement, covering services delivered in November, will be issued in the New Year.
The delay comes as the aged care sector navigates one of the most significant reforms in recent years. The transition to the Australian Government’s new Support at Home program is designed to strengthen transparency, choice and the way care is funded and delivered for older Australians.
As part of this reform, providers are working closely with Services Australia to ensure information is aligned and accurate. BlueCare is taking the necessary time to finalise statement enhancements, so customers receive clear, detailed and reliable information about the services they have received and how their funding is used.
While this work is completed, there is no impact on care or services, which continue as normal.
BlueCare thanks customers for their patience and understanding during this transition and remains committed to keeping them informed as improvements are implemented.
BlueCare wishes customers and their families a safe and enjoyable Christmas and holiday period.
