BlueCare wins Most Trusted Brand in QLD for third year running

The results for the 2024 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey are in and BlueCare has been voted Australia’s Most Trusted Brand in the highly competitive category of Home Care QLD for the third year in a row!

This is a momentous moment for all BlueCare staff across Queensland, and a reminder that the compassion and passion that our people give every day in service of our clients and residents throughout the sunshine state does not go unnoticed.

The annual Reader’s Digest survey identifies which companies around Australia provide the highest levels of customer service and yet again, the passion and determination of our BlueCare team has been recognised.

For 25 years, Reader’s Digest has approached ordinary consumers to ask their opinions on what brands of products and services are important to them.

The 2024 Trusted Brands survey was independently conducted by research company Catalyst Research. It invited a sample of over 4300 Australian adults, from every state and territory, to rate the brands they trust the most.

BlueCare’s Group Executive for Aged Care & Community Services, Cathy Thomas, spoke proudly of what this recognition means to the BlueCare family.
