Your NDIS plan focuses on your goals and supports you and enables you to live an ordinary life. Each year, your plan is reviewed, and the NDIA planners or Local Area Co-ordinators will focus on your progress towards or achievement of your goals. They will also work with you to identify your goals and support needs for the following year.

If you already receive supports from BlueCare, we will periodically review your plan with you so you can be well prepared for your annual NDIS plan review meeting.
