Amid all the COVID-19 uncertainty, we know you’re worried about your loved ones. That’s why at BlueCare, we have adopted CareApp, an easy way for friends and family to connect with their loved one – whether we visit them at home, support them in our centre or care for them at one of our aged care homes.
You may find yourself unable to visit as often as you would like, but with CareApp you can receive updates about the care and wellbeing of your loved one straight to your phone or tablet.
What is CareApp?
CareApp is an easy-to-use app, which we are rolling out at BlueCare across Queensland for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. It allows you to receive:
- Photos, video and audio of special moments and activities.
- Notices.
- Events.
- Newsletters.
With CareApp, you can be a part of their day.
CareApp is private – you can only see messages that are created by your local BlueCare team.

- When we have added you into the app, you will receive an email notification from CareApp. Please sign up using this email address – you will then be able to see your loved one’s updates.
