I have worked in aged care since I was 16 and joined Blue Care in 2017. I love working with the elderly and have worked in a variety of roles before becoming Clinical Nurse. Working in aged care gives me a sense of belonging and purpose which is very rewarding.
I have worked with Blue Care for seven years. The job is so rewarding as it allows me to walk away from the day knowing I have created a brighter, happier moment in someone’s day. Every day I like to think I have made a positive difference in somebody’s life. I am very passionate about my role and our residents' health and wellbeing. I manage a dedicated and passionate team of volunteers.
