Enjoy the clean country air at our Blue Care Gracemere Aged Care Facility, which is set in a semi-rural area about 10km west of Rockhampton.
Here you can tend to your own area of garden or join in an impromptu singalong with one of our talented resident pianists. Expand your circle of friends at the regular meet-and-greet morning teas held at church. And if you are feeling adventurous, head out on the bus for a mystery outing organised by our friendly staff. Back home you can play bingo and have fun with a range of art and craft activities.
Allied health professionals will work with you to prevent your risk of falls at our Being Balanced program, which is offered twice a week. And in the Memory Support Unit, our skilled staff run one-on-one activities catering to the needs of people living with dementia.
We are located on a quiet street in the heart of Gracemere, with public transport nearby and just five minutes from shopping centres, services and amenities. Our professional and highly experienced staff provide 24-hour support, ensuring you receive the highest-quality care and services available.
We hope you consider Blue Care Gracemere Aged Care Facility as your home.

I have been with Blue Care since 2009. Our residents are a wealth of knowledge and I enjoy learning and listening to their life stories. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, gardening and relaxing with family.
I started with Blue Care in 2016. I provide support to residents and enjoy keeping them company and making sure they feel at home and don’t feel alone. In my spare time I like going to the beach, taking my dog for walks, running, fishing and camping.
