BlueCare’s Masters Lodge retirement village offers affordable housing in one of 18 two-bedroom, single-storey units in a village collocated with a residential aged care facility. All units are fully self-contained and have a single remote lock-up garage with a storage area. Most importantly, safety and security are a priority, with a 24-hour emergency response system.

Centrally located in a quiet, leafy area, close to local amenities and services, Masters Lodge is a friendly community, where you can enjoy your retirement amongst like-minded people while maintaining your independence. On-site amenities include the “Chattery”, a community meeting place with full kitchen, library and outdoor barbecue area. Communal gardens are fully maintained, pets are welcome subject to approval, and the village is connected to the NBN. Maintenance, rates and insurance are included in a simple monthly charge.

Beautiful Hervey Bay has a strong reputation as both a holiday and retirement haven, and Masters Lodge is perfectly placed to take advantage of what it has to offer. Residents have the additional bonus of access to the 6.2km mobility corridor – a traffic-free pedestrian or scooter connection to the commercial heart of town and its shops and restaurants. Alternatively, public transport is conveniently located at the TAFE hub opposite the village.
