Our focus is on understanding your interests, life history, family, and friends so we can work with you to enhance your abilities. We can help to make your home a more comfortable place and offer expertise and educational support for carers to help you develop interests and pastimes you enjoy.
We provide flexible, in-home care options suited to your individual needs, including overnight and weekend support. Our in-home dementia respite care service has been co-designed with real families experiencing dementia. As a result, our dementia care consultants will work with you and your loved ones to understand your needs, and match you with a skilled personal carer, trained in dementia care. An introductory session allows you to make sure you are comfortable with them before your service commences. The service includes:
