A spot of gardening in the morning and a relaxing spa bath therapy session in the afternoon – life at BlueCare Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility is about feeling nurtured, happy and encouraged to thrive.
Regular morning walks (or should that be talks?) are a great way to start the day, and there is space for you to tend to your own garden. Indulge in a peaceful life and pretty view from your own private veranda. Spend time with your friends and family in the barbecue area and large gazebo – they will love the open, airy feel of the sprawling grounds. You’ll find plenty of relaxation areas with comfy lounge chairs and kitchenettes scattered throughout, so it’s easy to grab a coffee and a snack.
Unwind by soaking in our therapy spa bath while you listen to soft music, followed by a massage – your mind and body will thank you. Live music concerts are a must on the social calendar; or express yourself while learning new skills at arts and craft sessions. If you feel like getting out and about, our minibus can take you to the movies or shops. We have activities to suit all personalities – we want you to enjoy the things you love.
Families and loved ones can stay connected with our CareApp, which provides photos, videos and audio of special moments, plus notices, events and newsletters.
Your dining experience
Our exciting new Diet and Nutrition System offers a daily menu based on your likes, dislikes and dietary requirements. You can order your meals for the next day via a tablet, allowing us to build a picture of the foods you enjoy and any areas you might need extra nutritional support. The result: A menu created just for you, based on your choices, that is nutritious and safe to eat.
Our experienced staff offer 24-hour support, and they are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. We’d love to welcome you home to BlueCare Pioneer.

Single and shared rooms include ensuite and built-in robes; 24/7 staff access; and an emergency call system.
