BlueCare has been voted Australia’s Most Trusted Brand in the highly competitive category of Home Care QLD, as judged by Australians in the 2023 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey.

This is the second year in a row BlueCare has won this category. The survey, conducted every year, identified which companies around the nation provide the highest levels of customer service and yet again, the passion and determination of our BlueCare team has been recognised.

Reader’s Digest’s Most Trusted Brand Survey has been conducted for 24 years across 41 countries and with a global readership of more than 35 million people. More than 2,740 consumer votes were considered in the independent survey conducted by Catalyst Research with voters asked to rate organisations across 70+ categories of products and services, including everything from roadside assistance to supermarkets.

Australians were asked to rate organisations across five key pillars of customer service, including personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency.

BlueCare’s Group Executive for Aged Care & Community Services, Cathy Thomas, spoke proudly of what this recognition means to BlueCare.

“It was another big year for our teams across Queensland, with our frontline staff dealing with the continued COVID regulations and workforce challenges,” Cathy said.

“Being recognised by Queenslanders as the Most Trusted Brand in Home Care Queensland for the second year running was not a surprise when I reflect on the effort and passion our dedicated BlueCare staff bring to work every single day,” she said.

“This award reinforces the commitment we have made to empower our customers and their loved ones to live life their way. This recognition feels even more special with 2023 marking 70 years of BlueCare.

“We are continuing to improve and evolve what care and support looks like for Queenslanders and receiving the Most Trusted Brand Award reminds us that we are on the right track forward. As we look back on our legacy of support this year, the award really shows how far we have come since the first Blue Nurse, Sister Olive Crombie, made the first trip by tram to support home-bound patients back in 1953.

“I could not be prouder of our BlueCare team.”
