Respect for individual's personal values, beliefs, and cultural background

members of their family, their doctor, or the hospital.
Blue Care endeavours to:
- understand and meet each person's needs
- encourage a sense of well-being during the course of the illness
- promote peace and dignity throughout the final stage of life.
Bereavement Support
Bereavement support is an important part of Blue Care's services.
This may be introduced when palliative care is commenced and extends
past the funeral service. Supporting families, friends and loved
ones to understand what is happening and come to terms with their
loss and grief is an essential part of our care.
Hours of Service
Blue Care provides palliative care in the home seven days a week.
If required, extended support can be arranged.
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with a terminal illness
please contact your local Blue Care centre to arrange care and support.
