Disability services

Blue Care manages several disability specific community respite and support services for people with a disability and their families. These services aim to provide programs of individual client choice and support the maintenance of the family unit and their chosen lifestyle. These services may include:

• community access
• in-home respite, school holiday camps & activities
• emergency respite
• social clubs
• drop in centres
• a transition program to assist the move from school to adult life.
