We are excited to introduce the Blue Care App for our home care customers – an easy new way for you and your loved ones to see and manage your home care appointments, access your scheduling information securely in one place and communicate with your Blue Care home care workers.

This means greater choice and control over when and how you receive your services so you can live life your way.

Blue Care App features

The Blue Care App is an easy-to-use app, which we are rolling out to Blue Care customers across Queensland. It allows you to:


See your upcoming visits, including the name of your home care worker.

Reschedule or cancel visits to suit your needs.

Tailor your preferences and communicate with your carers.

Receive notifications from Blue Care about your upcoming visits.

View past appointments and their status.

And this is just the beginning! We will be adding more features to the app – from telehealth options to invoices and statements.
