North Queensland Monsoon Updates
Due to significant weather affecting North Queensland, BlueCare Community Services have been temporarily limited to essential services ONLY where possible. As conditions ease services will begin to resume as normal.
Our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our clients, residents, employees and volunteers.
The BlueCare teams are taking all precautions to ensure all residents, clients and employees are safe and well supported and are well prepared to minimise impacts to our residents, clients, employees and volunteers.
Our employees and volunteers are trained for severe weather events and have secured the provision of food, water and medications and have in place contingencies for loss of power.
BlueCare facilities such as Mt Louisa Aged Care facility and Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village are not impacted at this time.
