Blue Care campaign wins Gold Stevie® Award in 2018 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards
UnitingCare Queensland’s Blue Care campaign has been recognised as a winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Marketing Awards category in the fifth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards today.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize innovation in the workplace in all 22 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world’s premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programs such as The International Business Awards® for sixteen years.
Nicknamed ‘The Stevies’ for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala banquet at the Mira Hotel in Hong Kong on Friday, 1 June.
As part of a wider brand revitalisation project for Blue Care, this award celebrates the innovative work in evolving the brand and maintaining market presence in the competitive, contestable and continually changing aged care market.
UnitingCare Queensland’s (UCQ) Group Executive Customer Services, Tracey McFarland, said she was very proud to accept the award on behalf of Blue Care and UnitingCare Queensland’s Marketing Team.
“Working on the iconic Blue Care brand is a privilege for the team, and their efforts in revitalising the brand has enabled us to effectively engage with our customers in a meaningful and relevant way, regarding the services that Blue Care offers.”
“Blue Care has been caring for Queenslanders for over 60 years, and the latest brand revitalisation campaign reflects this by highlighting Blue Care as a trusted advisor, providing information and personalised support to clients and their families,” said Tracey.
Tracey said that the campaign was aimed at bringing to life Blue Care’s unique and respectful approach to providing person-centred care and supporting cherished relationships whilst guiding people through the aged care system.
“Supporting our clients and their families to live the best life possible at any stage of their life journey is the core focus of our Blue Care brand and it’s this focus that allows us to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.”
