Blue Care Sunday 24 August 2008
Each year, Blue Care Sunday is held in Uniting Churches across Queensland to celebrate the church’s establishment of and commitment to community services.
To help churches celebrate the day, Blue Care has provided the following resources:
- An Order of Service in PowerPoint. It is only a suggested version as we recognise that congregations express their worship of God in many ways. We also have Sermon Notes.
- A Blue Care Sunday poster for church noticeboards.
- A suggested media release that can be used to promote your congregation’s involvement in Blue Care Sunday. You may also wish to use this as an article in your church newsletter.
