Research is central to the delivery of evidence-based practice and facilitates an organisational culture committed to continuous improvement. Blue Care strives to provide quality health and care services to our clients. As part of this commitment the organisation pursues a range of research activity that helps Blue Care to become a national leader in quality care. Blue Care is involved in a large range of research projects that have the potential to address barriers to quality care and result in enhanced care for clients. The outcomes of research have far reaching possibilities for the delivery of health care services in the health, community and residential aged care sectors.

The Research Unit undertakes a broad range of research activity that aims to enhance the implementation of evidence-based practice throughout Blue Care.
