EACH packages
Extended Aged Care in the Home packages (EACH)
The EACH program provides a level of services that supports clients with high or complex care needs to remain in their own home.
Individual packages of care are designed to suit each client and may include:
- Nursing care
- Medication assistance
- Hygiene assistance
- Domestic assistance
- Respite care
- Social support
- Meal preparation
- Transport
- Shopping
24 hour on call service is also available if needed.
To be eligible for these services clients must have an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment. This can be arranged by your Blue Care Community Care Services centre nearest to you.
