The delivery of quality, caring, compassionate service is reliant on the availability of appropriately qualified and skilled staff and volunteers. At Blue Care, we are committed to our value of “leading through learning”, and work to embed a learning and development culture.

Education for our staff is offered via internal courses and outsourced education, which encourages and assists staff to achieve nationally-recognised vocational qualifications and skill sets as well as promoting higher education opportunities.

Our learning and development strategies are flexible, adjusting to meet the organisation's strategic plans and the learning needs of individuals within the organisation.
