Blue Care's staff and volunteers are valued for the unique contribution
they make to meet the needs of our clients. To assist them in their
roles the organisation is committed to creating a learning environment
that maximises both personal and professional development.
Staff development officers in all regions undertake training needs
analysis and then offer the appropriate encouragement and opportunity
for staff to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required
to meet changing needs in the workplace.
