Administration Officer – Southport Surfers Paradise Community Care
Permanent Part Time - 40 hours per fortnight

Southport/Surfers Paradise Community Care Service is located in Labrador and provides community care for the Northern & Central Gold Coast.
The service requires a part time Administration Officer to maintain electronic and hard copy documents and information in timely and accurate manner utilising relevant Blue Care systems and processes.
ESSENTIAL
Experience in data entry and rostering
Demonstrated experience in general office administration including advanced knowledge and use of computer software packages e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
DESIRABLE
Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration, Business or a related discipline
Time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
Demonstrated effective interpersonal (verbal) and written communications skills
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of aged care or community services
