The Blue Care Graduate Nurse Program is designed to assist recently qualified Registered Nurses during their initial transition period into the workforce. We offer a rewarding career pathway with professional support.

Blue Care provides a wide range of opportunities for new graduates to acquire the skills, knowledge and values needed to become an effective aged care and community nurse.
