• promoting, developing and monitoring the integration of quality management and best practice principles throughout the organisation
• setting up best practice initiatives.

The accreditation process involves us submitting our centres and services for review by an independent agency such as:

• Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS)
• Residential Aged Care Accreditation Standards (RACAS)
• Australian Retirement Village Accreditation (ARVA)
